Our Agreement with You

By accessing or using KashAcademy ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and learners who access or use the KashAcademy platform, including any content, functionality, and services offered.

To access courses and features on KashAcademy, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized account access

You may not share your account with others or allow others to access your purchased courses. Each account is for a single individual only.

KashAcademy offers both free and paid courses. Upon enrolling in a course, you receive a limited, non-transferable license to access the course content for personal, non-commercial use.

• Course content is for personal learning only
• You may not download, copy, or redistribute course materials without written permission
• Course availability may change — we reserve the right to update or remove content
• Certificates of completion are awarded upon meeting course requirements
• Free courses may be changed to paid courses with advance notice

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

Refund Policy:

• Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase (exceptions apply — see our Refund Policy page)
• Refunds are not applicable if the course has been substantially accessed
• Free courses are not eligible for refunds as no payment is made
• Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method

You agree not to use KashAcademy for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the platform. Specifically, you must not:

• Upload or share content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or offensive
• Attempt to hack, scrape, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform
• Use automated tools or bots to access the platform
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Spam, harass, or threaten other users or instructors
• Attempt to resell or redistribute course content commercially

All content on KashAcademy — including course videos, text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of KashAcademy or its content creators and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-commercial license to access and view course content. This license does not include:

• Downloading or recording course videos
• Reproducing or distributing course materials
• Creating derivative works from course content
• Using content for commercial purposes

We take your privacy seriously. KashAcademy collects and uses your personal information only to provide and improve our services. The information we collect includes:

• Name, email address, and phone number provided during registration
• Course enrollment and progress data
• Payment information (processed securely by Razorpay — we do not store card details)
• Device and usage data to improve platform performance

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.

KashAcademy provides educational content on an "as is" basis. While we strive to ensure the accuracy and quality of all course material:

• We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes or career results
• Course content reflects the knowledge available at the time of creation and may become outdated
• We are not responsible for any decisions made based on course content
• Platform availability is not guaranteed — maintenance and downtime may occur

KashAcademy reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if:

• You violate any of these Terms & Conditions
• We detect fraudulent activity or unauthorized use
• You engage in abusive behaviour toward our team or other users
• Required by law or legal authority

You may also delete your own account at any time from your profile settings. Upon termination, access to purchased courses may be revoked.
