How do I access my purchased courses?
After purchasing, go to Dashboard and click on "My Courses". Your enrolled courses will appear there. Click "Start Learning" to begin.
Can I download videos for offline viewing?
Currently, our courses are streaming-only for security purposes. However, we're working on an offline download feature that will be available soon!
Do I get a certificate after completing a course?
Yes! Upon completing 100% of any course, you'll receive a digital certificate that you can download, share on LinkedIn, or add to your resume.
What is your refund policy?
We have a no-refund policy on paid courses, as digital content is delivered instantly. However, exceptions exist for duplicate payments, inaccessible content, or unauthorized transactions. See our full Refund Policy for details.
How long do I have access to a course?
Once you purchase a course, you have lifetime access! Learn at your own pace and revisit the content anytime you need a refresher.
