We strongly encourage you to read the course description carefully and use any free preview content before purchasing. We appreciate your understanding and support.

1. General Refund Policy

All sales on KashAcademy are final and non-refundable once a course purchase is confirmed and payment is processed.

This policy exists because:

Digital course content is delivered instantly and cannot be "returned" once accessed
As a growing platform, every purchase directly funds new content creation and platform improvements
Our course prices are already kept low and affordable to make quality education accessible

2. Exceptions — When We Will Refund

While our general policy is no refunds, we will make exceptions in the following situations:

Duplicate Payment — If you were charged twice for the same course due to a technical error
Course Not Accessible — If you paid for a course but are unable to access it due to a technical fault on our end, and we are unable to fix it within 7 days
Unauthorised Transaction — If a payment was made from your account without your knowledge or consent (you must report this within 48 hours)
Wrong Course Purchased — If you accidentally purchased the wrong course, contact us within 24 hours and we will evaluate on a case-by-case basis

3. Free Courses

Free courses on KashAcademy require no payment, so there is nothing to refund. You can enroll and access free courses at no cost.

We recommend exploring our free courses before purchasing a paid one to get a feel for our teaching style and content quality.

4. Course Access & Continuity

When you purchase a course on KashAcademy, you receive:

Lifetime access to the course content
Access to all future updates and additions to that course
Certificate of completion upon finishing the course

If a course is ever discontinued or removed from the platform, we will notify affected learners in advance and work to ensure your learning is not disrupted.
